Refund & Returns Policy

We want the piece to be right. If it isn’t, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. To start anything, email support@mdfkr.store with your order number.
The window
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- in its original condition with all tags attached;
- accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).
What can’t be returned
For hygiene and fairness, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on items that are:
- worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- missing tags or original packaging;
- marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Size exchanges
Got the wrong size? We’ll exchange it for another size of the same piece, subject to stock. If your size is sold out, you can choose a refund or store credit instead. Start your exchange within the 7-day window by emailing support@mdfkr.store.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or provider. We’ll email you from orders@mdfkr.store once it’s done.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@mdfkr.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.
Return shipping
For size exchanges and change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged and paid by you. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover it. Please don’t ship anything back before emailing us — we’ll confirm the return address and steps first.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email orders@mdfkr.store with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it’s shipped, the standard return process applies.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email support@mdfkr.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the piece back in its original condition with tags.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your exchange, refund, or store credit.
