## What is MDFKR?

MDFKR is an independent, typography-first streetwear label based in Bhopal, India. The range is small and made to order. Each piece carries a single idea rather than a logo or a graphic.

## How are products made?

Everything is made to order using print on demand. Nothing is pre-stocked. When you place an order, that exact garment is produced for you and then shipped. This keeps the catalogue small and reduces waste.

## Who fulfills orders?

Production and delivery are handled by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. They produce each item to order and dispatch it directly to you. We manage the brand, the designs, and your support.

## How long does shipping take?

Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping within India usually takes a further 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination.

These are estimates based on normal conditions, not guarantees. Delays can happen during festivals, sales, and other peak periods.

## Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently accept prepaid orders only, paid securely online at checkout. This keeps made-to-order production accurate and orders moving without delay.

## Can I cancel an order?

Possibly, if the order has not yet entered production. Because each piece is made specifically for you, the window is short. If you need to cancel, email info@mdfkr.store as soon as possible with your order number, and we will tell you whether it can still be stopped. Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled.

## Can I exchange sizes?

Generally, no. Each item is manufactured for your specific order, so we are not able to accept size exchanges or returns for fit. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you are unsure, email us first and we will help you choose.

Returns are accepted only for genuine issues such as defects, printing errors, the wrong item, or damage in transit. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

## How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. You can follow your parcel from there. If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after the production window, email us and we will check on it.

## How do I contact support?

Email info@mdfkr.store. We do not operate a phone line. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours. Including your order number helps us respond faster.
