# Shipping Policy
We want you to know exactly what to expect before you order. Here is how shipping works.
## Made to order
Every MDFKR piece is produced after you buy it. Nothing is pre-stocked. This means there is a short production step before your order ships, and it is the reason our timelines look a little different from a store that ships from a warehouse.
## Production time
Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During this time your item is being made specifically for your order.
## Shipping time
After your order is produced and dispatched, delivery within India usually takes a further 3 to 8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore production time plus shipping time.
## International orders
We can ship to many destinations outside India. International delivery times vary widely depending on the destination and local handling, and may be affected by customs. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
## Tracking
Once your order ships, we email tracking information to the address used at checkout. You can follow your parcel from there.
## Delays
The timelines above are estimates based on normal conditions. They are not guarantees. Delays can occur during festivals, sale periods, and other peak times, as well as for reasons outside our control such as courier backlogs or weather. If something looks stuck, email info@mdfkr.store with your order number and we will look into it.

Shipping timelines are best estimates, not promises. We share the most realistic ranges we can, and we would rather be honest about them than quote numbers we cannot stand behind.
